This post is my first post in the Workaholic personality. My tip for working without getting stressed is:
1. Pace yourself. Don’t storm ahead and try to get everything done in the first go because it will end up stressing you out! For example, have three treats in front of you of three sizes small, medium and large. These treats can be anything you enjoy, cake or a computer game. You can have the first treat when you start the work. The second one when you are half way through and the last and largest when you are finished. This means that you get the work done whilst having a break in between. This break means you won’t gets stressed and remember, slow and steady wins the race!
